Unfortunately, flights from Japan to many countries have been canceled due to the effects of the coronavirus.
We are currently restricting countries that can ship products.
Now we can ship only the following countries...
USA, UK, Taiwan.
We hope that Airmail addressed to all countries will restore very soon.
Our store is based in Japan.
We only ship to PayPal payment address.
We will ship the item within 3 business day, after cleared payment.
Please make sure your address is correct before payment.
You will receive email notification after order mark shipped. Sometimes the email goes into your Junk Mail/ SPAM Folder.
While we posted your items very quickly it may take a few days for Japan Post to update the tracking details onto the tracking web site.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
■ Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these costs will be prior to buying.
(By experience, 99.9% of our customers do not have to pay for import tax.)

Please note that the actual number of delivery days may differ from that listed in the table if the EMS article requires more time for customs clearance or the destination is in a remote area.

If a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday is included in the period (from acceptance to transfer and delivery) or if a delay or a cancellation occurs in a flight schedule, delivery may take longer.
■ Returns Policy
We accept returns of:
- Damaged items
- Faulty items
- Incorrect Items
Please report to us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
We are only able to accept returns of products with an inherent fault. We do not accept items that are no longer operating due to misapplication or misuse or other means of damage (disc scratching) caused by hardware.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
